The Economy Power II (EP II) Connector 3.96 TPA Breakaway Retainer from TE Connectivity is used with the TPA Housings, see stock number 796-3006 typical. The EP II 3.96 Breakaway Retainer is required to give the TPA feature which prevents "backing out" under random vibration as well as helping to insure full insertion of the contacts. Body material for this EP II 3.96 TPA Retainer is UL 94 V-0 rated.
