MTCH6303 Multi-Touch Projected Capacitive Touch Controllers
The MTCH6303 from Microchip is a projected capacitive touch (PCAP/PCT) controller that offers multi-touch capability. Incorporated into the device is a ready-made multi-finger gesture suite that allows designers to add modern user interface interaction such as pinch and zoom, multi-finger scrolling and swipes to their designs.
The MTCH6303s advanced signal processing provides noise-avoidance techniques and predictive tracking for ten fingers, typically at 100 Hz each for five touches. This device is designed to operate with Microchips MTCH652 High-voltage Line Driver, offering an excellent signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) for outstanding touch performance in noisy environments.
