The ADF7242 is a low-cost 2.4GHz RF transceiver designed for low-power IEEE 802.15.4-2006 compliant wireless applications.
RF Frequency range: 2400 to 2483.5MHz ISM/SRD Band
RF Output Power: up to +4.8dBm
Receiver Sensitivity: -95dBm @ 250kbps, 0.1% BER
Suitable for frequency hopping and multichannel systems
Modulation: FSK, GFSK, MSK or GMSK
OTA data rate: up to 2Mbps
256-byte data buffer
64-byte battery-maintained settings RAM
Support for packet handling, data buffering, Clear Channel Assessment, Link Quality Indication
