Eaton Rotary Cam Switches - P1 Series
The P1 series of rotary cam switches and switch disconnectors from Eaton are compact and robust. Rotary Cam Switches can be used for many switching and control applications, for example as ON-OFF, main, main/control, or instrument switches. The device consists of a hand actuator, the switch unit and the mounting accessories. This range of cam switches is also suitable for use in applications where there is a need to manually power down and disconnect electrical equipment for servicing and maintenance by cutting the power supply to isolated parts of the circuit. These cam switches can also be used as safety switches.
With an IP65 degree of protection, the devices are suited to hard-wearing industrial environments with a rated uninterrupted current of up to 20 A. Available in four different mounting options (surface mount, flush-mount, rear mount, and service distribution board mount). These cam switches can be selected in a multitude of contact sequence configurations.
This professional range of cam switches offers corrosion resistance, weather sustainability, insulating material resistance to normal heat and fire due to internal electric effects and more. It comes with various advantages including high reliability, high adaptability, low power usage and makes the product efficient in its performance.
