The SFH 7051 Biomon Sensor, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, is an integrated optoelectronic sensor. It utilises 3 green LEDs (530 nm) and a photodiode for collecting biometric information. The SFH 7051 is ideal for heart rate monitoring by measuring the volume of blood passing through the vessels.
