The Renesas RZ Series RZ/A1L microcontroller includes an ARM Cortex A9 processor as well as integrated peripheral functions. The RZ/A1L on-chip functions for the systems configuration include CD-ROM decoder, A/D converter, LIN interface, Ethernet controller, USB 2.0 host/function, timers, and real time clock. As well as serial communication interface with FIFO / I2C bus interface, IEBus™ controller and many other components. The R7S721020VCBG#AC1 contains a 32-Kbyte L1 instruction cache, a 32-Kbyte L1 data cache, and a 128 Kbyte L2 cache.
