Try this spindle from RS PRO to hold an object firmly in place when you're using a toggle clamp. Used together, they provide a secure working area with little chance of slippage. It's handy for woodworking applications and suitable for both domestic and industrial use.
The spindle has a neoprene-tipped foot that adheres well to a surface, making it safer and easier to use as it's less likely to slide. The spindle's neoprene rubber tip also stops the component from damaging the object you're working on. Neoprene has strong resistance to abrasion, flexing and twisting, so stands up extremely well in arduous clamping jobs. For easy mounting, the spindle comes supplied with nuts and washers.
You can use this component together with a toggle clamp when you're sanding, drilling or sawing. It's Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant, meaning it contains only minimal amounts of any harmful materials.
