TS1108 Coulomb Counter: Bidirectional Curent-Sense Amplifier with Integrator and Comparator Demo Boards

The Silicon Labs TS1108 coulomb counter measures the current your circuit is using and is perfect for measuring battery depletion. The TS1108 uses a voltage to frequency converter to send a series of 90 μs output pulses to COUT. This represents an accumulation of coulombs flowing out of the battery.

Requiring just 1.2 μA supply current and 0.6% maximum gain error you can rely on accurate current measurements. There is also a buffered CSA output which can be connected to an RC filter to reduce noise.

Operating across -40°C to +85°C temperature range and available in a 3 x 3 mm 16-pin TQFN package.
