Λεπτομέρειες Προϊόντος

TE Connectivity Pre-Loaded Spring Finger Contacts

Spring fingers, also known as shield fingers, grounding springs or universal ground contacts, provide grounding between the device and PCB and shielding to prevent EMI noise and static caused by motors, speakers and microphones or any other vibrations within an application. Additional functions of spring fingers include antenna feeds, low voltage electrical connections and they can also be used as a connection for simple stacking applications between primary and secondary PCBs.
These spring fingers are gold plated and have a preloaded design with a highly engineered geometry including an enhanced side wall design. This design enables these pre-loaded spring fingers to be used in high speed manufacturing and more complex applications when a stable electrical contact with miniminal deflection is needed. The uncompressed height of these spring fingers is 3mm with a working height range of 2.1 to 2.7mm.
With a compact design, these pre-loaded spring fingers offer PCB space saving, design flexibility as well as a highly reliable connection.
Typical applications for these pre-loaded spring fingers include mobile phones, wearable devices, game consoles, tablets, patient monitoring devices, POS scanners, security devices and GPS devices.
