Teledyne LeCroy ZS Series High Impedance Active Probes
The Teledyne LeCroy ZS Series of easy-to-use probes provide high impedance along with an extensive set of probe tips and ground accessories to handle wide-ranging probing scenarios. The high 1 MΩ input resistance and low 0.9 pF (0.6 pF with ZS4000) input capacitance means these probes are excellent for all frequencies.
The ZS Series probes provide full system bandwidth with all Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes featuring bandwidths of 4 GHz and lower. Small form combines with an extensive standard range of tip accessories to facilitate use in challenging situations as well as in probing test points spaced apart.
