BLE113-A-M256K is the BLE113 with an integrated chip antenna and 256k flash memory.
The Bluegiga BLE113 is a Bluetooth Low Energy Smart module designed for low power sensors and accessories. The Bluetooth module incorporates all essential features for a Bluetooth Smart application: Bluetooth radio, software stack and GATT based profiles.
The BLE113 Bluetooth module is capable of hosting end user applications, which in turn means there is no external micro controller required in size or price constrained devices and the BLE113 can be powered easily using a 3V coin cell batteries or pair of AAA batteries.
